A 23yr old male met with a road traffic accident on 28/02/15 and presented with complaints of severe pain,swelling and instability in right knee.
The pt was first admitted in dewas then referred to ashta and further referral was made to Dr.Vinay Tantuway for specialist consultation. Here at arthros on examination and investigation pt was diagnosed with complete tear of posterior cruciate ligament, lateral collateral ligament and patellar tendon.
On19/03/15 pt was operated at arthros at sahaj hospital indore by Dr Vinay Tantuway arthroscopy and joint replacement surgeon.Arthroscopic reconstruction of Pcl,lcl and patellar tendon was done.Active range of motion for knee was started at 3weeks postoperatively and pt will remain non weight bearing for 12 weeks.
