A 40 year male admitted with pain, swelling and tenderness  of left knee joint which is aggravated while patient walking.
HISTORY Of – fall before 20 years back.
PAST MEDICAL HISTORY – patient was hypertensive and having diabetes mallitus.
SURGICAL HISTORY –  angioplasty done in 2011.
DIAGNOSIS – due to severity of case patient came to ARTHROS ARTHROSCOPY and JOINT REPLACEMENT CENTRE AT SAHAJ HOSPITAL INDORE. There Dr. Vinay Tantuway who is arthroscopic and joint replacement surgeon examine the patient and suggested for MRI.
MRI shows degenerative osteoarthritis in tibiofemoral and patellofemoral compartment, degenerative meniscal changes with torn medial meniscus along with left varous deformity with ACL Deficient knee.

MANAGEMENT – this operation successfully done by ARTHROSCOPIC and JOINT REPLACEMENT SURGEON Dr. Vinay Tantuway,  he repair HIGH TIBIAL OSTEOTOMY with ACl reconstruction of left knee joint
PHYSIOTHERAPY MANAGEMENT – patient kept non weight bearing till 6 weeks due to severity of case. Patient started ankle toe movements, isometric Quards, hams and VMO strenthening excecises..
Now after 4 weeks he started active and passive knee mobilization, wall sliding exercises to increase the range of motion of knee joint.
